See thru floors

Has anybody been playing and all of a sudden, you can see thru the floors and walls?  Is this a glitch in the map or is it my computer?  To allivate this I have had to restart the game.  What would cause this.  Happened to me only twice, but annoying.  Last time was yesterday.

Never happened to me. Only thing similar that happened to me is all my walls were covered with weird colors and game pictures. For this problem I had to restart my game too.

it comes from alt tabbing and randomness, but i've never been able to see through walls either, but i wouldn't complain about that.

as sloppy wisely said (he knows everything)..it comes from alt tabbing..when the gpu has to reaload the whole environment and some pixel areas or shades go missing..only happens to some spots of the map,like the church top on AVA..i guess some ppl could use it as an advantage..

well duh! there is a wall in the way. you might want to defrag your game through steam. and verify your game cache. if that doesnt work, go for the reinstall of the game

It's a graphics glitch. That happens when graphics do not load completely or you get an error.

I can see that happening, especially on JNS 

But would people spec'ing you or demo'ing see the glitch?

I remember demo-ing/recording myself and watching it... and the only thing I saw was some purple walls, when my actual problem was seeing fucked up walls.

sometimes you can see shadows thru the floor in the axis house on ava

always, actually, if you camp in spiral/cellar you can see axis shadows on the wall beneath their hallway into top of spiral before they come through the door

I've noticed that too. There are a few places like that in the axis camping points as well.

i know all the angles that you can get a shadow. there are a few in apt.
