Actually I think JNS has a good idea..(R) for recruits (A) for admins...might be an idea worth stealing 

or we could go up a notch like: cpl-pvt-sgt-lt-cpt then pvt 1st class [a] for admin / [r] for recruit then pvt (1st class) [a]- A-grade for skill grade and if CAL team it should be pvt 1st class [a]-B grade [CAL] and so on..the sky is  the limit

That sounds cool.... like in different levels in the army. Our system shouldn't be the same as JNS so no R's A's or whatever it is. I like the army levels
