I have a demo of some dick speed hacking and aimbotting. definately hacking. right now

He doesn't have a steam id as he is on a hacked version but i have his name: [ H h ]_•?

he has been votebanned before when on a real account so he obviously have multiple accounts.

Well, cant he be banned for more than one hour even if he's a non steam player? would it affect the others too?

It's -5 in new york and where server is, -6 where website is located.

Sorry, but most of us are US citizens. We do have some european and asian players, however I won't make anyone play if they don't want to. And we're not going to just sit in game to patrol for these guys.
