i remember i told someone in kea on steam the private number i was given to call verizon directly without having to wait through computer prompts. i had it written down on a little piece of paper but i've now lost it. this was within the past month or two. if you still have this number please tell me asap! verizon is pushing new firmware out and our TV boxes are out and router is going nuts, and i can't get ahold of verizon (endless hold), and on top of that it's showing a past due balance of $234 for some gay ass reason even though it's set up on auto pay. boxes wont turn on and are getting errors, internet may be next. need that number and quick!
