Losing the internet would suck (also if corporations/GOV began heavily-controlling it) but at least you still have your computer and games and shit. Plus, life is not worthless without a pc/internet.

If the internet didn't exist, the world would be better off. More people spending time with their Families. Less divorces due to spouses leaving for an internet lover only to find they are 100 pounds heavier or on their way back to prison. Kids would be more active, and weigh less because they would be doing more outside activities. The library would be used more frequently (anyone here know what the Dewey decimal system is?) There are many advantages to the internet but its only been around since the early 90's and not really used by many until the mid 90's. I guess I f I think about it, thats most of this generations life. But The internet is young and people lived just fine without it in the past. People don't write old fashioned letter anymore. Remember how exciting it was to check the mail as a kid and get a letter from a relative? The internet has successfully shut that down. The USPS make less money due to less stamp sales. Anytime there is an advancement in technology; people suffer. But that's the price for advancement I guess...
