Not really actually. I play on a 22' LCD monitor so the brightness is excellent.

Ah, I see. I want a monitor like that. I have a tube monitor. It's a whole 16 inches or so.

i can guarantee though that d-mans monitor gets a better picture, just needs a better vid card. but if they werent so big, i would def use my old one.
