You can contact Paypal for refund based on this information (report stolen or lost item). We sent your package twice and we have no possibility to track the packages after 10 months (or at all). That is why it is important to take action fast. Why did you wait another 7 months, if I may ask? You never specified the reason. You were active on eBay all these months. If you provide a logical explanation we may consider a good will gesture (provided that you take back the bad words used i.e. "fuckin cunts").
