On being a NooB (and a complete tool)

Hey all,

 Seeing as I am a complete tool and a NooB and cant for the life of me figure out how to post a picture, I thought I would post on here for some wordly advice on the finer points of ..."How the fuck do I attach a picture?"
 When I click the icon I get the [img] text...do I just need to write in the path to the picture between the brackets?
 Am I missing something completely obvious? Does cat taste like chicken? and whats better for a lunchtime treat, hairy Mary the bisexual fairy or smooth like a gravy sandwich?

 Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

ok... when clicking the img icon thats for internet images. for example:

If you want to post a picture from your computer click on additional options then browse. then select your pic.

OK, so I got the general idea, however...I have pics I am trying to upload, the biggest one is 8.39mb, that I cant for the life of me get to load to the site. I keep getting the "maybe your file is too large etc" message. Ban had told me the size limit for the site is pretty large so my file is probably not oversized, anyone else had success with large files (8+mb's)?

 UPDATE...
Cat DOES taste like chicken (although, its a little stringy) and you can make your own call on the lunchtime treats you pervs...

you should resize the picture,  some site only allow certain sizes IE  320*320
