If you are a non-steam player and have been banned randomly for no reason or upon joining it says you have been banned, please disregard this message as sometimes there is a mishap and all nonsteam users get banned and it will get fixed asap. This does not go for those individual players who HAVE been banned for a good reason. We also have episodes of hackers that change their name to legit players that are in the server and this causes confusion with sourcemod and so it is difficult to ban the correct person. If this happens, please post on bans.keagaming.com or reply to this thread.
