I'm gunna have to say if you got caught doing that in the states you could still get arrested. Probably can only do it in special areas.

I would do that but that damn ammonium nitrate is almost impossible to come by unless I provide lots of personal information. And I don't want to do that because I'm underage, and I prefer to keep my explosive techniques/personal data/very recognizable face "under the table". If I was able to get some ammonium nitrate i would make ANFO:

I live in a small town of about 3,000 people and I live on five acres. And it IS legal as long as I do not transport it after the substance has been mixed. Plus I have 2 uncles in law enforcement plus all their friend which I know by name, one of which works for the Alameda County sheriffs department on the bomb squad, he (SGT. JD nelson, bomb technician) has been on Mythbusters.

I know that but it requires "personal information" which i don't want to supply....ammonium nitrate is a controlled substance after the Oklahoma bombing.
