every pic ive tried to get the game says it needs certain values or sizes now i have a small pic but it wont let me keep it any helpful hints or tips

I've found that using the importer sucks. If you drop in the decals folder manually they usually work.

cant make it into a vtf file an this guy doesnt go into detail about it

u need to use photoshop or any other soft capable of handling *.vtf files
