no, skins won't get you banned, they don't offer any sort of advantage, just a different look. kind of like changing the crosshair in your settings, it's what you feel comfortable with. I saw a skin that changed the entire sights for the M1. You're either a good player or not, or a hacker, one of the 3.

It should get you banned. Ask Scrotal and Sloppy... they played with bright green and pink player models so they could pwn. I'm pretty sure sloppy still does.

i dont think sloppy does anymore. and gun skins, i think thats fine, but player skins is where i think a vac ban should be in place, or a warning atleast.

Skins can get you banned from VAC. Bright ones.

Only specific skins (whether player or weapon) should get you banned, or more so warned. Some skins actually make the game harder but usually not by much.

I remember I had bright pink checkerboards as my Allies skin, It was because I fucked up a regular skin. I never DID get it to work, but it took me 2 days to figure out how to get rid of it.

I mainly just have custom sounds that increase the loudness of the footsteps, they also make the guns sound more real to. and if someone gets hit by a nade, i hear a scream.

wow slander much? i had those for a week and deleted them cause it was like hacking, my kdr went from like 1.5-1 to 3-1 just by using the skins.
