too many proxies for datable DT_BasePlayer

Mr. Schniedelwichsen:
Hey guys,

When I tried connecting to the KEA server today DODS shutdown and I got this error message "too many proxies for datable DT_BasePlayer".  I was able to log into a different server.   Haven't tried to restart, but that is my next resort.  Any idea what is wrong?

Now I don't get that error message, but it just does not go beyond "Sending Client Info" when trying to connect.  I'm still able to connect to other servers just fine.

i got the same error. I think theres to much non-steam connections,

It seems that a lot of people are having this pop up over source games. Im guessing valve fucked up.
