I would go with the Nvidia GeForce 9800GTX or the Nvidia GeForce GTX 260 (comes with the new Batman game  :o) . They're not top of the line, but I think they're best match for the Dell XPS 410's specs. Your power supply might not be able to handle the top of the line video cards.

go with the gtx, huge jump from the past series. wasting ur time with a 9 series. if you dont need mega grapphics go to a really cheap 8800 or something.

Ban Em All:
make sure you have atleast a 550 watt psu if your gonna go to the 200 series. even that may be overkill but i rather be over kill then it not beable to boot cause its to weak.

Hands Mechanical:
216 core GTX260.  Do it.  No questions, no discussion.
