Thanks for contacting me again. The shipment number is in the body message (package number with your last name on it). The number will not be viewable online (not available for standard delivery). You can contact Paypal for refund based on this information (report stolen or lost item). We sent your package twice and we have no possibility to track the packages after 10 months (or at all). That is why it is important to take action fast. Why did you wait another 7 months, if I may ask? You never specified the reason. You were active on eBay all these months. If you provide a logical explanation we may consider a good will gesture (provided that you take back the bad words used i.e. "fuckin cunts").

bought a toshiba external hd from Dell. started ticking like a bomb when i connected it to my pc. returned it for an exchange. the replacement they sent ticked worse and was a lemon too. asked for a refund and their worthless filipino customer service sent me several mails thanking me for my business and sincerely apologizing for the inconvenience. they did everything but return my money. its been 3 months and im writing up a all caps expletive laced tirade now. u might want to think twice before dealing with toshiba and dell

if you bought it within the last 30 days, do a charge back on your credit card...
