Go Bun-gee Jumping
Get a tattoo(if one doesn't already exist or a prince albert. wink wink lol)
Travel across the country but car or motorcycle
Try to ride all the rides in amusement parks in your country
Go base jumping
Try to eat 10 crackers without drinking anything in 60 seconds with no remaining crackers left in your mouth.
Take flying lessons
etc......

I could think of more but i don't really know what you would like to.

Go on a zipline over a canyon.  (If this wasn't posted already)

The ziplines i went on were AWESOME. definitely something you wanna do.
