Why no BF3? (and how much does the server cost?)

We need a BF3 server, alligator style...

 Any other KEA own BF3? Those of you who hate it, just go buy a copy, you'll soon STFU when you play it and get good.

 I would certainly be prepared to help chip in on a monthly basis for BF3 (Ding, PM me with prices).

Sorry to tell you , but ding hasn't been on the forum for months, neither have you sweetie.  Glad to see you around however. 

Oh, and it's $1.29 per player slot, so a 32 person server is $41.55.

We have a few members who have the game (pimba, mr black, me, joseph goebbles, confidence man)

No sure how much thought has been put into getting a server as most of us don't have the excess funds to do so.  I just bought a house so my monies are going to updating the home.  I host KEA on my home server, but it's costs are marginal, and a once a year cost.

I like the idea of having a BF3 sever however the job wouldn't be easy. If we take a look how the pests server is running, it's almost empty all the time and they have a lot more members compared to us. Let's say i am prepared to donate 10usd/month. Donations would be a problem cause there's not a lot of us that play the game. Even if we had the funds, we still need AT LEAST10 REGULAR people populating and there's only 5-6 of us. Then there's the problem of choosing the game type, i play team deathmatch and i'm betting you guys want conquest (i'm not paying for a rush server).. but overall if you guys decide to put up a bf3 server you have my support ;)

So we got a server for a test run..i could only afford a 16 ppl server atm. If it picks up i'll (that means pixy)setup a clanpay link and we'll switch to a bigger server. Also you're welcome to join our ts3 =))
