Title: Whats up with steam?

Had some free time today and was gonna jump on cs and get on our server but then I got this error message from steam. No steam content servers are currently configured to deliver content for this game. Please try again in a few minutes. Uhm? What.

I was trying to watch some sports from another country, and some of my video sites now say they aren't available in my country
