Title: how to get a spray

every pic ive tried to get the game says it needs certain values or sizes now i have a small pic but it wont let me keep it any helpful hints or tips

*.vtf has to be sized and saved as a power of 2, 128*128 - 256*256 (max size)

I've found that using the importer sucks. If you drop in the decals folder manually they usually work.

cant make it into a vtf file an this guy doesnt go into detail about it

u need to use photoshop or any other soft capable of handling *.vtf files

i did an it didnt have the option to save as vtf file
