Plz tell me he is using asketch pad because if he is using a mouse then
1) he is a retard or
2) WAY TOOOOO much free time (unless its a paid job)

he has to have a pen tablet on photoshop or something, my wife uses one for photo editing, not overly expensive, depending on what you buy
