I finally bought the game today and the game is at 95% and wont d/l anymore, is it because of the free weekend  ???

You BLOW! Thats why. There is really no reason why it shouldnt. steam servers are down?

It just says "The Steam servers are currently too busy to handle your request. please try again in a few minutes"
