Title: Server FPS no longer 1000

I determined the hitreg is actually much better when i set the server frame rate to 66 rather than 1000 so i'm gonna stick with 66 for now on. when the server is completely full with 32 people the frame rate likes to dip to 500 anyway

Wasn't this proven awhile go with dods? Thats why no server companies offered it. although the most optimal is 100 tick for dods. 1000 tends to be more for css I believe.

100 tick is worthless for 32 players. srcds is single threaded and on 66 tick with a full server the process takes up about 15-20% cpu. thats already at the limits of a whole core and if you try it at 100 tick you overload the server
