Yo sup (: So i have a word to say if i can

First of all sry for my bad English cuZ i'm not an American, just to know

I have couple of "Nick-s" or "Names" here that regulary come in when the Admins or "Better ranged" players with administration on the KEA DoD:s server not playing!

They just talk crap and talk "sh*t" like "America is loose" or "Obama is fuck" and some thing's.They are from Russia.They even kick people with !votekick who isn't a Russian

That's sad and i hate this

When anyone can do something 'bout that, i can give the names of this players

List of names : Komunisto , PIKA(==(====> , T-34 , mesa111 , |K-2|™AlexandRxxx. I played with some guys last night and we was better, so i guess it was that that make them angry about this

I will work on that later, the mod I gave dylan has rules where you can't votekick/ban someone who is of higher immunity, therefore a non admin can only initiate a vote for a non admin

well if I see them and they pull any shit i will IP ban them...

also the votekick thing is annoying, ive had random nosteam trolls try to vote kick me for muting them when i tell them to stop screaming in russian over their mic... you can just sm_vote cancel in console, but it's still annoying as shit

i need pixie to overhaul the vote and admin system. it's completely fucked. nonsteam players can do any type of vote while regular pub steam players cant even initiate a mute vote, people can vote ban admins (except me for some reason, yet i set immunity to all other admins as well)

i've already uploaded the source mod plugin that I used for player votes before. Including the config and translations. I had already given it to you, you chose not to use it. I've made it the active voting mod, not sure what else I need to do.

I've been on early. 8-10 am EST and I recognize some of those. I am usually only steam player on. I just mute them all and watch them bitch. Also, I was something like 65-1 the other morning. votekick wasn't working on me.
