Ive been renaming them to their name minus the tag since the server isnt getting maxed regularly, but I'm tempted to start dishing out bans.

Just give them our web address and ask them to make a post about introducing themselves/joining before you just ban them.

Ask them to remove the tag before they post and are accepted by a majority of members. Then if they refuse to remove the tag and introduce themselves/ask to join on our website you need to ban them.

Just take the proper steps before reaching a conclusion. There's no need to piss off possible members as well as the general public with admin abuse.

the "majority" dont play nor post in here,only 5-10 members actually play dods,the rest is either gone or play other games

which is why we've been recruiting pretty much anyone that plays here often if they do want to join. until we get enough decent members to warrant the voting thing again. it's crazy telling people they can't join when we only have a small handful of people.

I agree completely Dylan. I just want individuals to express caution before they ban someone because they have the tag on. We just need to make sure we communicate with one another and ask other members if they have recruited a certain player before we just assume they are posers and ban them.

im getting sick of BC2 so ill be around more on DODS... playing today was great and i miss the game... i think we should accept anyone into the clan right now as long as they arent a fuckhead or a retard because we are so inactive... but maybe make sure they know at least half the active members first (they got no business being in KEA if they dont know glox, pixie, 2crack, etc).
