I need a new video card what is the best and top of the line for a XPS 410 dell?
-
I would go with the Nvidia GeForce 9800GTX (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130339) or the Nvidia GeForce GTX 260 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130434) (comes with the new Batman game :o) . They're not top of the line, but I think they're best match for the Dell XPS 410's specs. Your power supply might not be able to handle the top of the line video cards.

go with the gtx, huge jump from the past series. wasting ur time with a 9 series. if you dont need mega grapphics go to a really cheap 8800 or something.

make sure you have atleast a 550 watt psu if your gonna go to the 200 series. even that may be overkill but i rather be over kill then it not beable to boot cause its to weak.

216 core GTX260. Do it. No questions, no discussion.

I have a gtx 275 w/768megs, got it from the egg for less than 300. This card is awesome, runs quiet and cool but its about 10" long (insert joke here). Just make sure your psu can handle it, I'd recommend at least 700-750 watts. When I combine those with 8 gigs of ram I can sometimes almost avoid being killed by most of you fuckers...on a good night...(goddamn pimba, always fucks me up...)
