it's not a plugin. it's a DLL that i made that modifies the query response. every time someone refreshes the server list it will add 1 to the number of players shown on the server list. then as it hits 31/32 players, it alternates and goes back down every refresh. when there is at least 12 players in the server, it will then show the real value on the server list and disable the fake player response.
