Hey, this has happened to me many times before and even though I know how to resolve the problem, I just wanted to post some pics of how it looked when it happened...when my game crashed, or bugged out due to a bad video driver:

oh ya, you sent me those, you might want to list some instructions on how to fix it for future ref though

I just restart Steam and crap like that goes away.

It's working fine, thats just the 60's acid trip mod, I like the part where it shows Canuck is getting anal-ed in the upper right!

That would be an interesting mod lol. And yeah, canuck, being dominated. Gotta love it. :P
