they dive in basketball, ever seen a "fight" in baseball, it results in a player throwing a piece of equipment at another and then something that can only be described as broads fighting, but in reality it's faggots holding each other. football, well you can't hit a reciever going over the middle because "he might get hurt cause he's not paying attention to the safety". point is, soccer is better then all of those sports, only one better then soccer is hockey.

That is such a wonderful story. But since I have your vagina in a knot I'll post videos of other dives when I can find someone in football or baseball doing one. And no, overplaying a hit by pitch does not count.

the reason soccer isn't liked in america is because americans suck at it. just like hockey, if americans aren't winning they pretend like it doesn't exist. i'm not saying soccer is a sport of mens men, or a bunch of bad asses, but it's a lot more entertaining then football(where they play what, 10 seconds at most to every 40 seconds of running off the clock, yea thats great fun) or baseball(there is maybe 5 minutes of action in a 3-4 hour period holy shit is that exciting). atleast in basketball they play the whole time.

I play and at least in the general pick up game, people don't do that, but i've seen people in competitive games get very panseyish about that shit. The worst offenders are the hispanics, mainly the hispanics from central and south america....well and the italians. it's why i love watching german and scottish soccer, they hit hard, and the refs will just tell them to play on and grow up.

Oh and sloppy, the americans are good at soccer, us womens team has won the world cup a couple of times, when to the semi's in 2007, the mens team beat the world #1 team during the summer and has just qualified again for the world cup. Most americans are ignorant and when i tell them that soccer is a more popular sport, they're like "well this is america, not europe, we don't give a shit about what they care about". I personally like all sports, but my favorite is soccer.

americans are getting better, but the key word is better, the reason the women won the world cup when htey did was because america was one of the earliest countries to let women play. now in places like brazil, women who are great at soccer can continue there careers, and keep up the skills, so america isn't the best at womens anymore. and when i said americans suck, it's not they they aren't ok, but they aren't in the top 5, and americans are raised thinking they are the best, so when a shitty country like france can beat us in soccer, it gets to people's ego and they pretend like they don't care about the sport.

at one point before the world cup in 2006 i believe there were up there near the top 5, they are ranked 11 currently. and other countries have had womens professional leagues for much longer than the US. the us womens league started last year, whereas england, germany, france, etc have all had their leagues for numerous years.

no, there was another womens league that failed, but college soccer in the 70's and then kids started playing in the 80s helped greatly.

yeah, cyonotic, 2 summers a go i had a knee hit my left cheek bone, destroyed the bone structure, now i have 3 metal plates in my face to keep it together, and a titanium net holding up my eye. i was on the ground after that, but people saw and heard the contact, so they didn't complain.

that usually doesnt happen, you really have to have a lot of metal on you to get it to beep, i walked in with car keys and a cell phone before by mistake and it didnt go off.

yep. when i was looking for my keys in those gray bins im like where are they? then i felt them in my pocket and just grabbed my stuff and walked away. i think they can increase the sensitivity on them though. maybe the sensitivity was low.

I won't set off the step through ones, but if you get a wand and hold it close enough to my left eye, then yes. While working casino security, we had one, and for about 4 months, there was a post we had to do for 2 hours a day where we would use that wand. I'd always hold it to my head and make it beep, people who didn't know were always like " stop playing jokes, move you're hand away from it" then I'd hold my other hand out so they could see. It freaked some people out.
